Knowing your limits
Knowing your limits means that you know which expectations you can take on and which you can’t. Having limitations does not mean that you can’t do anything; it only means you can’t do everything.
Develop new ways
You learn to ask new kinds of questions that allow you to examine the assumptions you have about what you feel and think. That activity transforms emotional struggle into something new: it enables you to discover new ways of thinking and being.
